What kinds of pets do you see?
We care for dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes, from itty-bitty kittens to big farm dogs. We don’t have restrictions on breed or weight. For surgery, pets must be between 3 months and 13 years old on the day of their appointment. Wellness and vaccine packages are available for puppies and kittens starting at 6 weeks of age.
How is Cowtown SNIP different from a full-service vet?
We specialize in high-quality, low-cost spay, neuter, and dental care, along with wellness services such as vaccines and microchipping. For chronic illnesses or emergencies, we’ll happily refer you to a trusted partner.
How do I prepare my pet for surgery?
You’ll receive pre-surgical instructions when you book. Generally, adult dogs and cats should fast overnight — we’ll walk you through everything.
How long is recovery?
Most pets go home the same day and are back to their normal, wiggly selves within 7–10 days. We’ll send you home with clear recovery instructions and pain management.
